Most orders for in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified in the Order's detail page or in the checkout process. We do not process orders on Saturdays (3:00 pm downwards) and on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.
The shipping options displayed during the checkout process are based on the items in your shopping cart. Shipping options may vary depending on the items or combination of items being purchased. Some products may be ineligible for expedited shipping methods that require air shipment. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules. Please note that any orders place on Saturdays after 3:00 PM will not be processed until the following Monday.

We often offer free delivery during Festive period which are mostly determined by the value of items ordered.
Sales Tax & Duties
We charge sales tax and Duties for shipments where required by law.
Industrial Equipment Corporation does not take any responsibility for delays outside of its control and does not guarantee same day delivery option on its standard or Expedited delivery service. Delays caused by the courier, customs or any governmental authorities or adverse weather conditions could have an effect on your delivery. Once your shipment has been picked and dispatched, it is the sole responsibility of the courier to deliver the item as scheduled.

Flat rate
Flat-rate shipping is a type of shipping in which the price is determined by the packaging, such as the pallet box or paper boxes, rather than the weight or dimensions of an item. It's a way of standardizing shipping costs, removing the huge variations created by different weights, dimensions, delivery locations, and so on. Our Flat rate could be re-adjusted or maintained at the issuance of invoice and completion of order.
Endeavor to report any damaged items on arrival. Please sign for the parcel as ‘Damaged’ ,'Scratched' , 'Not what I ordered' and report to Industrial Equipment Corporation either through our WhatsApp,Telegram,Livechat,Direct phone call,Email in order for us to be aware and work on resolutions immediately. Any reports of damage at the expiration of 48hours after delivery cannot be resolved and for orders delivered on Saturday and Sunday (72hours).
We aim to keep our stock levels correct on the website but sometimes products may become out of stock. If your order is placed and the item is out of stock on our website, you don't have to Panic as that simply means we have new stock delivered to us but not yet regulated on our website and that won't by any means affect delivery time.
Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) is not permitted while unpaid orders won't be shipped likewise.
Please ensure the correctness of inputted delivery details before order completion. We won't take responsibility for the delay or loss of shipment where incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided. Our clients enjoy the grace to have a change of delivery address 48hours-72hours after commencement of shipping in case of any error noticed in the previous inputted ones.
