Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We make the returns process as easy as possible, but all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


Unopened Items


Most unopened items in new condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Non-returnable items include special order or customized products, item broken or damaged after delivery, opened or used items including inks,catridges,cleaning kits,e.t.c


Defective or Incorrect Merchandise


If you received a defective item or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days so we may resolve the issue promptly. In order to determine if a products/equipment is defective,We may need carry out some checks which takes less than 48-Hrs.

Broken, tampered or damaged packages must be notified to the carrier on delivery. Sign as "damaged" etc. and notify our customer service team immediately.


Refunds


Refund amounts will be applied to the original payment method or as a credit, if requested.Shipped products which are delayed by custom are non-refundable.


Return Details


All returns and exchanges require a valid RMA number and are subject to our return policy.


Returns must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside) and contain no additional markings.


Any manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. must be included with the return.


Original shipping fees are not refunded. Return shipping and insurance fees is our responsibility (terms & conditions applies)


Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.


Shipping Methods


We ship our products worldwide. We select the carrier to use due to restrictions of some courier organizations in some countries.


Free Shipping on $4,000+ Orders Terms


Free shipping is available for single order over $4,000 and discount are also issued to orders above $6,000.


International Shipping


We ship door to door locally and internationally with delivery taking a minimum of 4 to 5 working days.


International orders may require customs, import and export taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping times may also be affected by customs delays in some countries.


Repair Shipping


For warranty repairs on equipment, the customer pays shipping fees to us (I.E.C) while Industrial Equipment Corporation will pay shipping fees to send back. Please contact us first for repair services. Shipments to our store address without a service ticket will be refused. Note: It is very important that you keep the original box for all equipment purchased from Industrial Equipment Corporation to ensure the proper handling of equipment being shipped.


Exchange


We only replace items if they are broken,scratched or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to ​[email protected] and follow instructions provided by our customer support team.


If eligible to exchange products, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you is 7 Days or less which is determined by your location.


Non-faulty Goods


We cannot exchange or refund goods bought by customers in error.Industrial Equipment Corporation only sell goods on agreement basis with invoice been exchanged.

Please select equipment carefully during order placement, as we will only accept returns on goods that are faulty only..


All faulty goods must be reported within 24hrs and returned within 21 days without exception and must be accompanied by proof of purchase in original packaging.
