Unlike the PM3, this mill also features an 8-way material changer providing flawless automation for your laboratory. The material changer allows for several production orders with different materials and indications to be processed at the same time. Individual machining strategies are based specifically on the material and the indication creating shorter processing times for the respective restorations.
The PrograMill 5's industrial features, such as the zero point quick release clamping system for millable discs and distortion free machine bed, provide consistent and reliable results. Its modern design incorporates an integrated PC with touch-screen monitor that controls the entire system while the fully automatic material management system ensures the correct tools correspond with the respective machining strategy. The 12-position tool changer ensures that the production is carried out autonomously and consistently.
